Build a complete school class schedule in minutes. Add subjects, teachers, room numbers and time periods. Export to Google Calendar, print as PDF or download as PNG — free, no signup.
Whether you're a student organising your class schedule, a teacher building a lesson plan or a school administrator laying out the academic week — our free school timetable maker handles it all with zero cost and no account required.
Unlike other schedule builders that give you just a blank grid, our tool comes with a ready-made school template pre-loaded with standard class periods, a lunch break and after-school slots. Customise every subject name, teacher, room number and colour — or start from scratch.
The tool runs entirely in your browser. No download, no installation, no account. Your timetable saves automatically so you can return and edit it any time.
Every feature is designed to solve real problems teachers and students face when building a class timetable.
Load a pre-built school timetable with standard subjects, class periods (8am–3pm), lunch break and after-school slots. Customise from there in seconds.
Instantly flags if two subjects overlap the same slot. Critical for admins scheduling multiple teachers sharing a room or equipment.
Add room numbers, teacher names and notes to each subject. Visible on the grid and in exports — just like a real school timetable.
Export as .ics. Students and teachers import into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar as recurring weekly class events on their phones.
Download a clean A4 landscape PDF to print and put on a noticeboard, classroom wall or send home to parents.
Assign a unique colour to each subject — blue for Maths, green for Science, red for English. Makes the timetable readable at a glance.
Go to the Timetable Maker, click the Templates tab in the sidebar and select "School Class". A Mon–Fri timetable loads pre-filled with subjects, class periods and lunch. This is your starting point — no blank-slate frustration.
Click any event to edit. Change the subject name (e.g. "Mathematics" to "Algebra"), update the room number, teacher name and colour. Adjust which days the class appears and its start/end times.
Click any empty grid cell to add a new class. Or use Smart Fill — type "Geography - Tue, Thu at 11:00 to 12:00 (Room 204)" and it creates the event automatically.
Look at the Events tab conflict badge. Any overlapping classes are highlighted in red. This catches double-bookings — like two classes in the same room — before you print or distribute.
Download as PDF (best for printing), PNG (best for sharing digitally), or iCal to import into Google Calendar. Your timetable auto-saves in the browser.
