Japan won its third WBC championship while going undefeated, while Team USA was defeated 3-2.
The United States took a 1-0 lead over Japan after Turner's most recent home run.
In the bottom of the second inning,

hit a home ball into the upper deck beyond right field to tie the game, 1-1.
Turner presently has the most home runs in this year's tournament, while Masataka Yoshida of Japan now trails him by one RBI as a result of his single ho

Turner needs just one more RBI to tie Wladimir Balentien's tournament record of 12 runs scored in seven games for the Netherlands in 2017.
