Raiders Release Undrafted Edge Rusher Brock Martin- Potential for a Fresh Start.

The Las Vegas Raiders have made another roster move, releasing undrafted edge rusher Brock Martin following the rookie minicamp.
Martin, a former player at Oklahoma State, had been signed by the Raiders in May but won't be part of their next phase of offseason activities.
Despite going undrafted, Martin's experience playing for six seasons with the Cowboys could make him an attractive prospect for teams in need of an experienced player.
Throughout his career, Martin has demonstrated solid performance, including 90 solo tackles, 56 assists, 39 tackles for loss, and 15 sacks.
His best season came in 2021 when he recorded 41 total tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and 9.0 sacks.
Martin's accomplishments extend beyond the field, as he was selected for the first-team All-Academic Big 12 for four consecutive seasons and served as a team captain in 2022.
While Martin may not possess elite strength and athleticism, he could excel as an outside linebacker in a 3-4 defensive alignment and has shown competence in pass coverage.
Although his fundamentals are solid, he could benefit from additional strength development to become a reliable rotational player.
Despite his release from the Raiders, Martin is likely to find another opportunity with a team that values his experience and potential for growth.
