The presidential election will take place on July 8, 2022, according to the Election Commission.

On July 22, 2022, the votes will be counted.

4,809 electors will cast votes through ballot paper on July 18, 2022, for the presidential elections.

The deadline to submit a nomination is June 29, 2022, while the deadline to withdraw a nomination is July 2, 2022.

According to the Election Commission, no political party may grant a whip to a member of its own party.
