In fantasy football circles, there has been much discussion about which Chiefs receiver will replace Tyreek Hill as Patrick Mahomes favourite target in 2022.

The quarterback, who is 26 years old, claims that he won't have just one primary target.

On the Wednesday before Kansas City's Week 1 game against the Cardinals, Mahomes discussed his receiving group.

When talking about the ranking of his pass-catching weapons, he apologised in advance to fantasy football owners.

The main point, according to Mahomes, is that a different player will win the big game in every single game.

Every week, Tyreek and Travis [Kelce] won't necessarily have the best games, instead, one or both of them may have a strong performance.

It will be a different person every single week.

The fantasy football world will undoubtedly groan in unison at that, but it makes sense for Mahomes and the Chiefs.

Kansas City is equipped with much superior depth at the receiver position despite the fact that it no longer has a top-tier threat like Hill in its lineup.
