Scott Frost, the head football coach at Nebraska, has been fired.

The Huskers can now start looking for their next leader.

Urban Meyer, believe it or not, is being mentioned as a possible replacement.

Nebraska needs to make a significant change. Meyer, however, has a talent for assisting programmes in doing so within a year or two. He also admires their supporters greatly.

Meyer calls Nebraska football fans "special" for their devotion to the team despite recent disappointing performances.

It's obvious that Urban Meyer appreciates Nebraska football supporters.

But if the Huskers want Meyer, would it be enough to convince him to accept the position?

It will be interesting to watch how Nebraska handles its coaching hunt.

If Meyer doesn't at least receive an interview, it will come as a great surprise

Urban Frank Meyer III is a football coach in the United States.

From 2001 to 2002, he was the head coach of the Bowling Green Falcons, the Utah Utes from 2003 to 2004, the Florida Gators from 2005 to 2010, and the Ohio State Buckeyes from 2012 to 2018.
