The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Green Bay Packers game on Sunday means more than just a Week 3 victory.
The quarterback Tom Brady's and supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen's troubled marriage might take a turn for the better after the NFC matchup. The New York Post reports:
When the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, the NFL star is hoping the model will be there.
Gisele typically only attends games at home, according to a source. She may return to the family box with their children for this Sunday's Packers game, according to Tom and his crew.
Brady and Bundchen, according to the Post, have kept channels of communication open: "They are chatting, but right now it's largely about the kids. But Tom believes they can work things out.
Bundchen gave Brady what seemed to be an ultimatum last week: either leave for good or end their marriage.
The power couple's marriage is not "over by any means," the report claims.
She doesn't mind that he plays football, but a source tells PEOPLE that she disapproves of the manner he handled his retirement and comeback.
He is taking steps to make amends because he is aware of this. He is aware that if he wants to keep his marriage, this is it for him
Tom Brady will participate in practice on Wednesday rather than taking his customary day off, according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport
