Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, had one of his best performances in the NFL against the Los Angeles Rams, the reigning Super Bowl winner, on Thursday night.

During the 31-10 victory, Allen led the team in rushing and completed 83.9 percent of his passes.

Due to Allen's outstanding performance, Rams CB Jalen Ramsey's previous statement has been roundly criticised in the NFL.

After Allen's impressive performance over Ramsey and the Rams, Pro Football Focus' Ari Meirov brought to light a five-year-old comment from Ramsey in which he referred to Allen as "crap" and "a bad draft pick."

Joshua Patrick Allen plays quarterback for the National Football League's Buffalo Bills in American football (NFL).

Allen earned a bowl game MVP while playing collegiate football for Wyoming.

In the 2018 NFL Draft, the Bills selected Allen with the seventh overall pick.

He committed to the Bills on July 25 by signing a $41 million, four-year contract that included a full guarantee.

Allen was traded from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
