 Russell Wilson  out with a concussion after a nasty blow to the head against the Chiefs

Wilson suffered a concussion during a 14-yard scramble early in the fourth quarter.

After being tackled by L'Jarius Sneed, the experienced quarterback banged his head hard on the turf.

Wilson was still on the ground for a minute as his teammates called for help from the bench.

After some time, Wilson was able to stand up and leave the field while being attended to by medical professionals from Denver.

Wilson was initially said to be undergoing testing for a potential concussion by the Broncos. Later, they ruled him out for the rest of the contest.

Russell Wilson plays quarterback for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League in American football (NFL).

Wilson won the Super Bowl XLVIII while playing for the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL.

Wilson attended NC State University from 2008 to 2010, then transferred to Wisconsin in 2011.

Wilson was selected by the Seahawks in the third round (75th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft.
