In their season opener against the Tennessee Titans in Nashville on Sunday, the New York Giants came back from a 13-point deficit

They took a chance by attempting a two-point conversion for the winning points. The result was a 21-20 victory for the visitors.

On the final play, Titans kicker Randy Bullock failed wide left on a field goal attempt from 47 yards out.

Barkley had 18 carries for 164 yards and a touchdown.

Ryan Tannehill, the quarterback for the Titans, connected with Dontrell Hilliard twice for scores.

Tannehill completed 20 of 33 passes for 266 yards, and Derrick Henry rushed for 82 yards on 21 attempts.

At the half, Tennessee had a 13-0 lead.

Following Kyle Philips' 46-yard punt return, the Titans scored on their first drive of the game, needing only 45 yards for a touchdown.

In the second quarter, Bullock converted field goals of 46 and 23 yards.
