The top-50 most valuable sports franchises in the world were revealed by Forbes on Thursday.

The number one company on the list, America's Team, is valued at $8 billion.

The NFL dominates all other leagues, with a combined market value of almost $140 billion.

The NBA, with a valuation of almost $30 billion, is the next-highest league.

The NFL has four of the world's top five most valuable franchises-- the No. 1 Cowboys, No. 2 Patriots, No. 3 Rams, and No. 5 Giants.

Dallas Cowboys of the NFL are the most valuable team, valued at $8 billion and in first place since 2016.

The Los Angeles Rams ($6.2 billion), New York Yankees ($6.4 billion), New York Giants ($6 billion), and New England Patriots ($6.4 billion) round out the top five.

Thirty of the NFL's 32 teams are ranked among the top fifty. The Denver Broncos were sold last month for a sports franchise record $4.65 billion.
