Tom Brady's absence from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' training camp has caused a lot of debate.
However, the group will try to put things behind them for their season opener against the Dallas Cowboys.
Sadly, the Buccaneers could have to do it without their top wide receiver Chris Godwin.
Chris Godwin is in remission following an ACL tear he sustained near the closing of the last campaign.
Godwin has intermittently participated in Buccaneers practises.
Godwin's participation in the game will be decided immediately before kickoff, according to Todd Bowles, the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Before his injury, Godwin had a very strong season, finishing with 98 receptions for 1,103 yards and five scores in just 14 games.
Godwin's importance to Tampa's offence cannot be emphasised, and his absence from the team's debut versus Dallas would be devastating.
