Bill Belichick did not provide an update on Mac Jones' status on Monday morning.

The head coach of the New England Patriots claimed he had nothing to say regarding Jones' leg issue.

Jones was injured on the final offensive snap of the Patriots' 37-26 loss to the Baltimore Ravens at Gillette Stadium on Sunday.

According to numerous reports, Jones injury is thought to be a high ankle sprain, which, if verified by an MRI, would be considered to be serious.

For several weeks, he would be out due to injury.

In response to a query regarding such stories, Belichick said, "I already made a statement on it. "I'm not going to speculate in the extreme."

When asked if Jones might go on injured reserve, Belichick gave a similar answer.
