In a 20-12 loss to the Giants (3-1) on Sunday at MetLife Stadium, the Bears (2-2) failed to score an offensive touchdown as they were limited to four field goals.

With 146 yards on 31 runs, running back Saquon Barkley propelled the Giants' attack.

But what gave New York the advantage was two rushing scores by quarterback Daniel Jones, both on play-action fakes to Barkley.

According to coach Matt Eberflus, "They were using the boot concepts and dragging guys with that."

Eberflus stated, "I believe that was a good plan. It makes it hard for the linebackers.

We needed to adapt, Eberflus remarked, and we needed to do it a little bit more quickly. After making that change, we subsequently stuffed that play.

Jones is a talented athlete, Eberflus remarked. We are aware of his speed, and he is far faster than you believe.

Jones is a terrific player on the outside, according to Eberflus, and you can use him as a weapon on offence.

In the 2019 NFL Draft, Daniel Jones was taken by the Giants with the sixth overall choice.
