Jordyn Brooks suffers a knee injury

Jordyn Brooks suffered an injury during their game against the New York Jets on Sunday.

Jordyn Brooks is a linebacker with the Seattle Seahawks.

Jordyn Brooks suffered an injury after collapsing on Jets tight end C.J. Uzomah after a 12-yard gain from the Jets' 44-yard line.

Brooks seemed unable to bear any weight on his hurt leg as he was pushed to the sidelines and wheeled to the locker room.

Brooks had made four tackles, including two solos and a tackle before  being out of the ground.

The Seahawks selected Brooks in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Brooks attended Texas Tech University for his college football career.

Brooks concluded his collegiate career with 367 tackles, 33 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, and three recovered fumbles.

Brooks was raised in Houston, Texas, after moving there from Dallas, where he was born.
