The Arizona Cardinals may not have another star player available when they play this weekend.

The Cardinals will already be without star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who is suspended for six games.

However, he is unlikely to be the only star missing from the squad.

Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury announced on Wednesday afternoon that star pass rusher J.J. Watt has a calf strain.

He missed practise on Wednesday and now appears unlikely to play this weekend.

Markus Golden, another pass rusher, is also out with an injury and may not be able to play.

This is definitely bad news as the Cardinals defence prepares to play the Kansas City Chiefs.

The good news for Watt is that he is still regarded "day-to-day," meaning he could play this weekend.

The game between Arizona and Kansas City begins at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.
