In April, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck announced their engagement.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck married this weekend in Las Vegas, 18 years after their first romance ended in divorce, according to court records.
According to a marriage licence filed in Clark County, Nevada, and obtained by AFP, the couple married on Saturday.
It gives the wedding guests the names Affleck, Benjamin Geza, and Lopez, Jennifer, as well as the latter her "new name," Affleck, Jennifer.
In 2002, the two first met on the set of the critically panned film "Gigli."
They became a media sensation when they dated but postponed their planned 2003 wedding, then announced their breakup in early 2004.
"Bennifer," the couple's public nickname from their first highly publicised relationship, lit up the internet last year when photos of them together surfaced again.
Jennifer Lopez is married for the fourth time, and Ben Affleck is married for the second time.
Jennifer Lopez previously married actors Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony, with whom she has 14-year-old twins Max and Emme.
Ben Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner, and they have three children: Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10.
