As an undrafted free agent in 2019, Meyers joined the New England Patriots. 

He made his NFL debut in the Patriots' 31-3 preseason victory over the Detroit Lions, compiling a game-high six receptions for 69 yards and two touchdowns.

Meyers once again had a game-high six receptions for 82 yards in the Patriots' second preseason game against the Tennessee Titans.

 He also caught a two-point conversion as New England beat 22-17.  

 Meyers recorded one reception for 22 yards in his first regular-season game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1 of a 33-3 victory. 

As a rookie, Meyers had a total of 26 receptions for 359 receiving yards. 

He had a career-high 12 receptions for 169 yards in Week 9 of the 2020 season against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football, .

Meyers led the Patriots with five receptions for 59 yards and a 24-yard passing touchdown to running back Rex Burkhead in Week 10's 23-17 victory over the Baltimore Ravens 

on NBC Sunday Night Football. Meyers had yet to record the season's first touchdown reception, although he did throw two touchdown passes. He concluded the season with 59 receptions for 729 yards.

On an 11-yard ball from Brian Hoyer in the fourth quarter of a 45-7 victory over the Cleveland Browns, Meyers scored his first receiving touchdown in Week 10.

 Meyers had the most receptions (134) and receiving yards (1,560) to begin a career in the NFL at the time without scoring a touchdown.

Meyers ended his third season with many career highs, as well as leading the club in receptions (83) and receiving yards after a 70-yard performance in the season finale against the Dolphins (866).

The Patriots tendered Meyers a restricted free agent contract in the second round on March 13, 2022. On June 13, 2022, Meyers accepted the second-round tender worth $3.9 million.
