In A Women's Suitcase, 18 Scorpions Transported From Croatia To Austria

When an Austrian woman returned home from a trip to Croatia, she discovered a mother scorpion and 17 babies in her bag.

Later, Tierhilfe Gusental, an animal rescue organisation, took to Facebook to discuss the incident.

The woman then handed over the animals to the rescue service, according to the rescue service.

The stingers were delivered to a shelter home.

They are currently housed at the Linz animal shelter until they begin their return journey.

The animals are expected to be transported to Croatia by the rescue.

Linz, a woman from Croatia, returned home three weeks ago and discovered a scorpion in her apartment.
