Packers has won three matches and lost 4 and dropped to 2nd position in NFC North.

Rodgers addressed the Packers consecutive three-game loss during his weekly appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show."

Rodgers informed McAfee and his team that this season, Green Bay has committed "double-digit mental errors" in games.

The use of specific players in Matt LaFleur's offence was then strongly criticised by him.

Rodger also stated "Guys who commit too many errors should be benched".

According to Matt LaFleur, Aaron Rodgers' injured thumb is affecting both his individual performance and as a whole.

The Packers are having a terrible season, and the quarterback has not yet able to show his best form.

This Sunday Green Bay packers (3-4) will play against Buffalo Bills (5-1) Highmark Stadium
