Actor Ezra Miller is facing felony burglary charges in Stamford, Vermont.

On May 1, according to Vermont State Police, they responded to a burglary complaint in Stamford.

Police stated that, several alcohol bottles were stolen from a house while the owners weren't there.

Police reviewed security footage and spoke with witnesses before charging Miller.

According to the police report, Miller was found on Sunday just before midnight.

He received a citation requiring him to show up in person on September 26 for his arraignment in Vermont Superior.

The felony accusation adds to Miller's growing list of legal issues and rumours about his bizarre behaviour.

The actor, 29, was detained twice in Hawaii earlier this year, including for unruly behaviour and harassment at a karaoke bar.

The second event involved assault in the second degree.
