Daily Routine Amazing Tips for Quick Weight Loss

Weight loss has become a major concern for a healthy disease free life. Extra body fat has leads to various health problems like diabetes, heart problems, joint pains, low immunity etc.

Accumulation of extra fat is because our calorie intake is much higher than calorie burn.

Eat Low calorie and easily digestible foods if you are committed to lose your weight fast. 

Drink plenty of water at least 2 liters to keep yourself hydrated and also water flush out the toxins from your body.

Wakeup early in the morning and drink 2 glass of lukewarm water and then do some light exercise or go for a walk.

Then in the breakfast eat only fruits because it is low in calorie and rich in vitamins and micronutrients that keeps your stomach full.

In afternoon, firstly eat a bowl full of salads and then eat you lunch containing chapatti made from flour mixed with beetroot or spinach and vegetable cooked in very less oil.

In evening take dry fruits as snacks and a cup of green tree or black coffee without sugar.

Take a light dinner early before 8pm that contain easily digestible food of your choice but must have plenty of vegetable

Then do intermittent fasting of 16 hours, during this time when you feel hungry your body will use the accumulated fat of your body.

Intermittent fasting means you are not eating anything for 16 hours in a day that means if you have taken your dinner at 6pm then take your breakfast next day at 10 am.
