A Florida Republican  banned from Twitter for inciting the murder of federal agents

Luis Miguel is running for the Republican nomination to represent Florida's 20th congressional district in the state House of Representatives.

Twitter did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the ban's justification.

Miguel's threat comes in the midst of Republican hostility toward the FBI and IRS, fueled by the federal raid on Mar-a-Lago.

The recent move by Congress to increase tax enforcement.

But Miguel's tweet went beyond criticism, calling for armed violence against the agencies' employees.

The statement said, "Under my plan, all Floridians will be able to shoot FBI, IRS, ATF, and all other government forces ON SIGHT. Let freedom ring.

The same remark was published on Miguel's Facebook and Instagram sites.

However, the posts have since been deleted and his profiles are still live.
