A $1 million winning Mega Millions lottery ticket was purchased at a Hy-Vee in west Omaha.

For Tuesday's $82 million, only one ticket was sold. The first five numbers in the Mega Millions drawing were correct, but not the Mega Ball number.

The Hy-Vee at 1000 S. 178th St., which is northeast of 180th and Pacific streets, where the ticket was sold.

The winning numbers with a Mega Ball of one were 33, 35, 41, 45, and 51.

Players can verify their tickets at any retailer that sells Nebraska Lottery products, online at nelottery.com, or by contacting the lottery office at 402-471-6100.

The winner will receive a payout of $710,000 after federal and state taxes totaling 29% are withheld.

The chances of winning $1 million on Mega Millions are one in 12,607,306.

As the Mega Millions jackpot approached $1 billion late last month, an Omaha woman purchased some tickets at the Baker's at 156th Street and West Dodge Road.

She also purchased a Powerball ticket for the July 25 drawing.

Her Powerball ticket included the first five winning numbers but not the Powerball, resulting in a $1 million pre-tax prize.
