Governor Gavin Newsom today announced the awarding of $694 million to 35 projects that will create more than 2,500 new units in 19 communities across the state

Together with today's announcement, California's nationally renowned Homekey program has supported more than 200 projects statewide,
providing more than 12,500 homeless people with permanent and temporary housing.
