One of the biggest moves they have made is signing elite cornerback Trevon Diggs to a lucrative 5-year deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:19px\">Diggs, 24, was entering the fourth year of his rookie contract.
