A SWAT team raided the home of Daniel and Kristin Muir in Logansport, Indiana, finding their 14-year-old son Bryson "safe and well."

Bryson Muir had been missing since last month, with his grandmother alleging he was a victim of domestic battery by his father.

Bryson was released into the care of Cass County child services following the raid.

Daniel and Kristin Muir were taken into custody on preliminary charges of obstruction of justice, with Daniel facing an additional charge of domestic battery.

Cheryl Wright, Bryson’s grandmother, reported his condition last month, describing him with a black eye and busted lip.

The Muirs' home is part of a religious compound associated with Straitway Truth Ministries, led by Pastor Charles Dowell.

Straitway Truth Ministries, described as a cult by some, has several former NFL players as members.

Pastor Dowell released a YouTube video casting doubt on media reports and comparing the raid to the 1993 Waco siege.

Police described the operation as peaceful, with no injuries reported, emphasizing the need for thorough preparation in such cases.
