Kyle Van Noy, a two-time Super Bowl champion, quickly moved from the practice squad to the active roster with the Baltimore Ravens.
The Ravens sought additional help on the edge despite signing Jadeveon Clowney, due to injuries affecting Odafe Oweh, David Ojabo, and Tyus Bowser.
Van Noy brings valuable veteran experience to the Ravens' pass-rushing unit, having accumulated 33.5 sacks in 126 career games.
He had a successful stint with the New England Patriots, earning two Super Bowl rings and a spot on the Patriots' All-2010s Team.
Van Noy spent the 2022 season with the Chargers, appearing in all 17 games and recording 46 tackles and five sacks.
While Van Noy is expected to contribute to the Ravens, his role may evolve as the team regains its injured players, considering his limited recent involvement in special teams.
