The Buffalo Bills have signed a new running back to strengthen their offense for the 2023 NFL season.
Buffalo is currently in the race for the AFC East title, aiming to compete with the Miami Dolphins.
Despite the competitive nature of their offense, the Bills believe Josh Allen can benefit from additional support.
Leonard Fournette, who won Super Bowl LV with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers alongside Tom Brady, is the newly signed running back.
Fournette, a 4th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, is set to compete for the backup role behind James Cook and Latavius Murray.
Fournette was initially drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars and played for the Buccaneers from 2020 to 2022, and he's now joining the Bills to bolster their running back corps.
