Colts vs. Bills: Minshew Shines in Preseason Match

In their inaugural match of the season and the debut game under the leadership of Shane Steichen, the Indianapolis Colts faced a setback, falling to the Buffalo Bills with a score of 19-23.

The primary unit, guided by rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson, exhibited anticipated performance. While displaying some commendable plays that advanced the ball effectively, there were instances of minor adjustments needed in terms of timing and communication. Notably, the first team encountered the absence of key players due to injuries during this fixture.

Nevertheless, within the second-team offense, one player shone brightly: quarterback Gardener Minshew.

Following initial challenges involving sacks, Minshew found his rhythm and adeptly led the team down the field, orchestrating a successful drive culminating in a scoring opportunity during a two-minute drill. Running back Jake Funk executed the touchdown, making it seem effortless.
