The Dallas Cowboys, seeking success in the postseason, have fallen short of their goals in recent seasons, failing to reach the Conference Championship game.

In the current season, the Cowboys face heightened challenges in the NFC, exacerbated by season-ending injuries to two key defenders.

To reinforce their roster for the crucial final stretch of the season, the Cowboys have made a significant move by signing former Tennessee Titans first-round pick Rashaan Evans.

Rashaan Evans, having spent months on Dallas' practice squad, now earns a spot on the 53-man roster, providing the team with added depth and firepower.

Ian Rapoport reports the Cowboys' successful signing of Rashaan Evans, thwarting attempts by several other teams to acquire him off the Dallas practice squad.

Rashaan Evans, previously with the Falcons in 2022, showcased his defensive prowess by leading the team in tackles with 157, securing two sacks and six tackles for loss.

Despite coverage challenges, Evans' addition is crucial for the Cowboys, fortifying the second level post Leighton Vander Esch's injury.
