The Baltimore Ravens secured a narrow 28-3 victory over the Cleveland Browns, relying on just two field goals for the win. 

Deshaun Watson, the Browns' planned starting quarterback, had to withdraw during warmups due to severe pain in his throwing arm. 

Forced to adapt on the fly, the Browns had no choice but to start rookie fifth-round QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson. 

In the absence of star quarterback Deshaun Watson, the Browns turned to rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who faced typical rookie challenges. 

A surprising decision saw the Browns bench Watson after an MRI revealed fluid in his rotator cuff, a more serious injury than initially reported. 

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski hinted at Watson's return against the San Francisco 49ers after the bye week but remained tight-lipped about specific details regarding Watson's rotator cuff issue.
