The Dallas Cowboys made an official announcement regarding Trevon Diggs' injury, placing him on injured reserve.

Unfortunately, Trevon Diggs' season has come to an end due to an ACL tear sustained during practice this week.

The Cowboys face a significant setback with Diggs' absence, as he was a key player in their secondary.

In the first two games of the season, Trevon Diggs demonstrated exceptional performance with impressive stats, including tackles, interceptions, forced fumbles, and passes defended.

Diggs had recently signed a substantial five-year, $97 million contract, with a significant portion of it guaranteed.

In Trevon Diggs' absence, the Cowboys will rely on Stephon Gilmore and DaRon Bland as the starting cornerbacks, with Jourdan Lewis and Noah Igbinoghene serving as backups.
